At AryaStay, we understand that plans change. Our flexible cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both guests and property owners.
🔁 Standard Guest Cancellation Terms
- Free Cancellation:
Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. - Partial Refund:
Cancel 3 to 6 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the booking amount. - No Refund:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
🏠 Property-Specific Policies
- Some properties may have stricter cancellation policies. These will be clearly mentioned on the listing page.
- Always review the listing’s individual terms before booking.
🧾 Security Deposits
- If a security deposit was collected, it will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations.
💡 Modifications & Changes
- You may request to change your booking (dates or number of guests) up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability and host approval.
🛑 Host Cancellations
- In rare cases where a host must cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund and support in finding a suitable alternative.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
