We cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or missing belongings of yours. Your accommodation does not include breakfast and meals. If you would like meals to be provided, please let the host know at least one day in advance. The host will make every effort to accommodate your request, although confirmation cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure that only guests listed in your reservation will enter the premises. No outside guests are allowed. This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. This will help to prevent any potential complaints from neighbours for all of us. Please do not leave any of your washed clothes or undergarments on the balcony. It is preferable to soak them inside the bathroom. If you require laundry services, please notify us in advance, preferably one day before. This will allow us to coordinate for the pickup. Please note that this service will be chargeable. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or bringing any alcoholic beverages onto the property is strictly forbidden in compliance with State Prohibition laws. It’s a punishable offense. To avoid any violations of local regulations, please park only in the designated zones. Be sure to confirm with the host for the specific parking spaces allotted for you. Not following neighbourhood parking rules could result in a fine. Accidents are an inevitable occurrence. If any damage occurs, please inform us promptly so that we can address the issue. Kindly ensure that the filled dustbin is taken out to the designated area just outside your main door for emptying. Do not leave it at your neighbour’s door. When your drinking water thermos is empty, please leave it outside your own door for refilling. Do not leave it at your neighbour’s door. The room is furnished with vintage amenities such as a piano, cupboard, and tables. It is important to ensure that nothing is damaged. The piano is for display purposes only, and if you choose to open or use it, please do so at your own risk. You will be held fully responsible for any loss or damage that occurs. Before you depart, kindly wash and store any crockery you have utilized to ensure our housekeeper does not have additional tasks while preparing for our next guests. But please don’t feel you have to strip the beds or wipe the floors. we’ll take care of that!
