Anti-discrimination

Draft — last updated 7 October 2026. The final version will replace this.

Our commitment

Anyone should be able to find a place to stay on AryaStay, and hosts and guests should treat each other with respect. Discrimination has no place here.

What we mean by discrimination

Treating someone differently, or less favourably, because of who they are. That includes their race, caste, ethnicity, national or regional origin, religion, language, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or family status, age or disability.

What this means for hosts

  • Don't decline, cancel or change a booking because of who a guest is.
  • Don't offer different prices, rules or conditions to some guests because of who they are.
  • Don't write listing descriptions or house rules that shut out groups of people.
  • Apply your house rules, such as check-in times, guest numbers and quiet hours, equally to every guest.

You can still decline a request for reasons that apply to everyone, such as your available dates, the number of guests or your house rules.

What this means for guests

Treat hosts, their homes, their neighbours and other guests with the same respect. Don't harass or abuse anyone because of who they are.

Reporting discrimination

If you experience or see discrimination on AryaStay, tell us what happened, with the booking reference or listing if you have one. We will look into it and may act on accounts or listings that break this policy.

Support contact details will be added to this page.
