Accessibility at AryaStay

We want guests with disabilities to find a stay that works for them, and to use AryaStay without barriers. This page explains what you can do today and where we still fall short.

Before you book, ask the host

Every home is different. Before you book, message the host about anything that matters to you, such as steps at the entrance, door widths, the bathroom, a lift, or parking close to the door. Ask for photos if they help.

Accessibility details on listings

If a listing describes accessibility features, that information comes from the host. AryaStay does not inspect homes or check these details.

Using the AryaStay website

We aim to make AryaStay work with a keyboard, screen readers and zoom. If something is hard to use, tell us what you were trying to do and on which page, and we will look into it.

Limitations

• AryaStay does not have search filters for accessibility features yet.
• Accessibility details on listings are not verified by AryaStay.

Until that changes, the best way to check a home is to ask the host before you book.
