Guest access

Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 3BHK apartment—all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, balconies, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and laundry (washing machine + drying space). Arrival is seamless with self check-in via smart lock/keypad. Your unique access code is shared before arrival, and you may check in anytime after the official check-in time. Assisted check-in can be arranged if needed, subject to availability. Parking & entry: Free dedicated parking is available inside the building/compound. Security/caretaker support at the gate is available as per availability for smooth entry and parking guidance. Building access: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with 24×7 lift access. The building is step-free, wheelchair accessible, and senior-friendly. Visitors policy: For privacy and society compliance, outside visitors/guests are not allowed without prior approval (only considered in exceptional cases). Important rules (society & safety): To maintain a calm premium environment, bachelor groups and unmarried couples are not permitted. Smoking, alcohol, and any illegal/prohibited activity/items are strictly not allowed. Quiet hours are followed 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
